Micasa Construction is accredited at ‘Garantie de Construction Résidentielle’(GCR). This is the only independent non-profit organization authorized by the Régie du batiment du Québec to offer warranty certificates for new single-family homes and multi-family properties. This warranty protects the buyers’ interests and ensures the quality of construction through an inspection program.
